A full set of management system certificates, valid through 2028
In August 2025, Hebei Jinbiao Building Materials Technology Co., Ltd. completed the certification audit for two additional management systems. The company is now certified to ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management System) and ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System), alongside its existing ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System) certification.
Both new certificates were issued by an IAF- and CNAS-accredited certification body on 13 August 2025 and are valid until 12 August 2028. The certified scope covers the design and manufacture of noise barriers and isolation fences — the same scope as our quality certificate, so customers no longer need to match documents from different suppliers when submitting a vendor file.
Why these two certificates matter to buyers
ISO 9001 has become a baseline requirement in most tenders. Environmental and occupational safety certification is a newer expectation, and it is increasingly written into pre-qualification questionnaires from infrastructure contractors, EPC companies and public authorities in Europe and North America.
ISO 14001:2015 — environmental management
Noise barrier production involves perforation, welding, surface pretreatment, powder coating and PVC dipping. Each of these steps has an environmental footprint, and each is now covered by a documented, audited management system:
- Volatile organic compound and dust control on the coating and perforation lines
- Closed-loop treatment of pretreatment wastewater before discharge
- Segregated recovery of steel offcuts, aluminium scrap and PVC residue
- Energy and consumable monitoring per production batch
For buyers with ESG reporting obligations, a supplier holding ISO 14001 removes a recurring item from the audit checklist — the certificate is evidence, not a promise.
ISO 45001:2018 — occupational health and safety
Acoustic panels are heavy, coated and often handled in large stacks. Our safety management system covers the risks that directly affect your delivery schedule:
- Local exhaust ventilation and respiratory protection at welding stations
- Lifting plans and rigging procedures for panels above 2 metres
- Machine guarding and lockout procedures on press and punching equipment
- Documented training and incident reporting for every production shift
A supplier with a certified safety system has measurably fewer unplanned stoppages. In practice, that is what protects a confirmed delivery date.
